Canadian actor Kiefer Sutherland was sentenced to 48 days in jail for drunken driving (DUI). He was scheduled to turn himself in on December 21, which also happens to be his birthday but because of the writers strike, he decided to check himself in a little earlier. Happy Holidays!!
