          I’m happy to report that Canada’s Kelly Rowan has given birth to a healthy baby girl!! My sources tell me that “Kelly Rowan gave birth to a happy and healthy baby girl in Los Angeles on April 28 and Mom and daughter are doing great.“..a friend of Kelly’s also emailed me this morning verifying that Rowan recently did split from her fiancé, Canadian billionaire David Thomson.

Rowan most recently starred as Kirsten “Kiki” Cohen on The O.C…
