      Actor Jake Gyllenhaal has been excused from jury duty!! According to sources the Brokeback Mountain star spent all day Tuesday (Jan 27th, 09) and Wednesday morning in a L.A courthouse. Witnesses say that Wednesday afternoon Gyllenhaal was sent home and let off the hook!!… no jury duty for Jake
