There are so many mixed stories going around about the incident with Keifer Sutherland and fashion designer Jack McCollough… Allegedly Sutherland head-butted McCollough after the designer rudly bumped into Brooke Shields?!? Now according to McCulloughs rep, the designer “suffered multiple fractures to his nose”… so Keifer turned himself into authorities…

Sutherland surrendered to NYC police on 7 May 2009 for head-butting fashion designer Jack McCollough at the Mercer Hotel in SoHo following a fundraiser for the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Sutherland was chatting with model Brooke Shields at the hotel bar when McCollugh stepped between them, at which point Sutherland made a comment and proceeded to open McCollugh’s nose with the head-butt. Sutherland, 42, is currently not in jail and remains free prior to his court appearance, which is on June 22,2009. The $hitty thing is that Keifer is currently on probation for a previous DUI. He spent 48 days in jail during 2007…
A rep for Brook Shields released the following statement;
A number of statements have been attributed to Ms. Shields in the media that are neither true nor authorized. These statements were obviously made by those who were not in attendance at the party and constitute their version of events. While at the party she was bumped into by Jack McCollough and Kiefer Sutherland became concerned. Kiefer has always been a gentleman in her company. Both Jack and Kiefer are friends of Ms. Shields and she regrets this unfortunate situation.”
