Andy Dick was apparently refused entry into Canada! This star missed his performance Wednesday night at the Vancouver Comedy Festival after border authoriets denied Mr.Dick’s entry into the Great Canadina North because of his “house arrest” ankle bracelet, part of his punishment for pleading guilty to drug possession and battery back in October, 2008. He is serving a 3 year probation.

The Toronto woman who allegedly threw a glass of drinking water at actor Leonardo DiCaprio has been released on bail. Aretha Wilson was arrested on Monday by the Toronto Police for the  accused assaulting of DiCaprio. Wilson allegedly hit DiCaprio back in 2005 during an L.A party at Rick Salomons house. While seeking medical attention the star received seventeen stitches to his neck and ear!  Soon after, Wilson fled back to Canada so she wouldn’t have to face charges…

In 2006, Wilson was convicted for assaulting her then boyfriend Wyatt Cote with a broken glass before he jumped to his death from a high-rise apartment building.

The former 39yr old model was granted bail pending an extradition hearing. Wilson conditions include surrendering her passport and checking in with police regularly. Wilson will likely be extradited and sent back to California to be sentenced for assault with a deadly weapon.

Debbie Rowe is the biological mother and most likely to be granted full custody. Rumors claim that Jackson wanted the children left with long-time nanny Grace Rwaramba?! who knows!? It’s would also be very unlikely that the surrogate mother of “Blanket” would have any chance in a California court of law…

Well sources say “Point Break” actress Lori Petty was arrested last night for a possible DUIallegedly hitting a skateboarder with her car?!? Petty and the skateboarder suffered minor injuries and neither were taken to the hospital for assessment…

The 45yr old actress was taken into custody Saturday night and released early Sunday morning after posting a $100,000 bail…

There are so many mixed stories going around about the incident with Keifer Sutherland  and fashion designer Jack McCollough… Allegedly Sutherland head-butted McCollough after the designer rudly bumped into Brooke Shields?!? Now according to McCulloughs rep, the designer “suffered multiple fractures to his nose”… so Keifer turned himself into authorities…

Sutherland surrendered to NYC police on 7 May 2009 for head-butting fashion designer Jack McCollough at the Mercer Hotel in SoHo following a fundraiser for the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Sutherland was chatting with model Brooke Shields at the hotel bar when McCollugh stepped between them, at which point Sutherland made a comment and proceeded to open McCollugh’s nose with the head-butt. Sutherland, 42, is currently not in jail and remains free prior to his court appearance, which is on June 22,2009. The $hitty thing is that Keifer is currently on probation for a previous DUI. He spent 48 days in jail during 2007…

These statements were obviously made by those who were not in attendance at the party and constitute their version of events. While at the party she was bumped into by Jack McCollough and Kiefer Sutherland became concerned. Kiefer has always been a gentleman in her company.         Charlotte Church’s ex-boyfriend is wanted by police over his alleged involvement in a $27.3 million drug bust. According to sources Kyle Johnson is being investigated after a drug bust in which a large amount of heroin was seized. The Daily Mirror reports that police found 330lbs of heroin in an East London house in December where Johnson is believed to have lived at. Apparently the street value of the bust is thought to be one of the highest ever recorded in the U.K.

         Actor Mark Ruffalo’s brother has died after spending one week in a como after suffering from a gun shot wound to the head. Scott Ruffalo, 39, was found shot in his Beverly Hills home on December 1st, 2008 and was treated at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. According to the Beverly Hills Police a man and woman turned themselves into authorities yesterday (Monday) and are considered to be “persons of interest”. The gun that took the lives of Jennifer Hudson’s brother, mother and nephew has been found.

         The gun was found by police searching a car park in Chicago close by where the abandoned SUV was found with the body of seven-year-old Julian King inside. Hudson’s mother, Darnell Donerson, 57, and brother Jason Hudson, 29, were found shot dead in their home on Chicago’s South Side on Friday. When the actress found out her nephew was missing, she offered a $100,000 reward for his safe return, however the body of the boy was discovered on Monday in a white Chevrolet Suburban…

       There are a few suspects in this case including William Balfour, 27, who is the stepfather of Julian and estranged husband of Hudson’s sister. Balfour once served seven years in prision for attemped murder and vechile hijacking back in 1999…

This is such a horrible thing that has happened, Jennifer and her family are in my thoughts and prayers… Yesterday Jennifer “thanked” all of those who have shown  support to her during this diffcult time…

        Christian Bale’s attorneys released a statement tonight denying all assault allegations that led to the actor’s arrest in London today….

Christian Bale attended a London police station today, on a voluntary basis, in order to assist with an allegation that had been made against him to the police by his mother and sister,” the star’s lawyers said in the statement. “Mr. Bale who denies the allegation, co-operated throughout, gave his account in full of the events in question, and has left the station without any charge being made against him by the police. At this time, there will be no further comment by Mr. Bale.”

… “The Dark Knight” star was arrested after his mother and sister called the police on Sunday over a possible assault.

Bale has not been formally charged.

          Christian Bale was arrested after his mother Jenny and sister Sharon reported him to London police for an alleged assault, which took place in his suite at London’s Dorchester Hotel. Bale has now been released.

All of the details haven’t come out yet but people are speculating a possible case of childstar syndrome!!

TMZ also claims that last Friday, on the set of “Terminator 4” Bale freaked on director Shane Hurlbut because he was unimpressed with the way the scene was going?!?…

Page and his girlfriend Christine Benedicto, along with another woman, Stephanie Ford, were arrested on July 11th, 2008 after Police found cocaine and marijuana in a New York apartment…

The Canadian singer and songwriter was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony but has pleaded not guilty!?!?! If the star is convicted he could face up to 5 1/2years in the slammer for his crimes. Page is set to be back in court on Aug. 26, 2008. The two other women involved are also facing drug possession charges…

… A source is also claiming that Page allegedly rolled up a Canadian bill and used it to do snort some blow! ooooh that’s what I call CANADIAN PRIDE! ha ha
