A British judge has sentenced 80’s “Culture Club” singer Boy George to 15 months in prison for harassing a male escort!!

         Actor Mark Ruffalo’s brother has died after spending one week in a como after suffering from a gun shot wound to the head. Scott Ruffalo, 39, was found shot in his Beverly Hills home on December 1st, 2008 and was treated at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. According to the Beverly Hills Police a man and woman turned themselves into authorities yesterday (Monday) and are considered to be “persons of interest”. Mark Ruffalo hasn`t made any comments yet regarding his brothers tragic death… R.I.P

            Amy Winehouse’s husband Blake Fielder-Civil was released from prison early today after serving almost a year behind bars.

Fielder-Civil was sentenced to 27 months back in July for beating up a man last year. At the time Civil had already spent nine months in lock up and today he was released early…

He has since checked himself into rehab…

The gun that took the lives of Jennifer Hudson’s brother, mother and nephew has been found.

         The gun was found by police searching a car park in Chicago close by where the abandoned SUV was found with the body of seven-year-old Julian King inside. Hudson’s mother, Darnell Donerson, 57, and brother Jason Hudson, 29, were found shot dead in their home on Chicago’s South Side on Friday. When the actress found out her nephew was missing, she offered a $100,000 reward for his safe return, however the body of the boy was discovered on Monday in a white Chevrolet Suburban…

       There are a few suspects in this case including William Balfour, 27, who is the stepfather of Julian and estranged husband of Hudson’s sister. Balfour once served seven years in prision for attemped murder and vechile hijacking back in 1999…

This is such a horrible thing that has happened, Jennifer and her family are in my thoughts and prayers… Yesterday Jennifer “thanked” all of those who have shown  support to her during this diffcult time…

        Christian Bale’s attorneys released a statement tonight denying all assault allegations that led to the actor’s arrest in London today….

Christian Bale attended a London police station today, on a voluntary basis, in order to assist with an allegation that had been made against him to the police by his mother and sister,” the star’s lawyers said in the statement. “Mr. Bale who denies the allegation, co-operated throughout, gave his account in full of the events in question, and has left the station without any charge being made against him by the police. At this time, there will be no further comment by Mr. Bale.”

… “The Dark Knight” star was arrested after his mother and sister called the police on Sunday over a possible assault.

Bale has not been formally charged.

          Christian Bale was arrested after his mother Jenny and sister Sharon reported him to London police for an alleged assault, which took place in his suite at London’s Dorchester Hotel. Bale has now been released.

All of the details haven’t come out yet but people are speculating a possible case of childstar syndrome!!

TMZ also claims that last Friday, on the set of “Terminator 4” Bale freaked on director Shane Hurlbut because he was unimpressed with the way the scene was going?!?…

       Steven Page of the Barenaked Ladies apparently admitted to the NYPD that the substance found in a bottle labeled “Calcium” was indeed “cocaine“. Page and his girlfriend Christine Benedicto, along with another woman, Stephanie Ford, were arrested on July 11th, 2008 after Police found cocaine and marijuana in a New York apartment…

The Canadian singer and songwriter was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony but has pleaded not guilty!?!?! If the star is convicted he could face up to 5 1/2years in the slammer for his crimes. Page is set to be back in court on Aug. 26, 2008. The two other women involved are also facing drug possession charges…

… A source is also claiming that Page allegedly rolled up a Canadian bill and used it to do snort some blow! ooooh that’s what I call CANADIAN PRIDE! ha ha

The sad part is that the band just released their first children’s album!! What a great example for kids everywhere! The group was slated to perform at next month’s Disney Music Block Party in NY but after recent events the group canceled the concert out of respect.

Page, 38, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree. He was reportedly arraigned in Manlius, N.Y., Town Court. He was later released after posting $10,000 US bail…

The singer is scheduled to return to court on July 17th…
